David Liu
Project Manager / Director
David brings extensive local experience across commercial interiors, retail, hospitality and construction project delivery. With a background in architecture and client-side project management, he leads projects from early feasibility and design through approvals, procurement, construction and completion, with a strong focus on practical outcomes, cost and program.
Allen Luo
Design & Procurement Manager / Director
Allen leads PDMG’s design coordination and procurement, working closely with clients, suppliers and contractors to turn concepts into practical, buildable outcomes. His experience across the Australian commercial interiors sector helps ensure design intent, budget, quality and procurement are considered together from the outset.
Allan Guva
Interior Designer / Drafting
Allan supports PDMG’s interior design and documentation across retail, hospitality, workplace and other commercial projects. He focuses on developing functional, considered spaces and producing clear documentation to support approvals, pricing, procurement and construction.
Renee Xiong
Hospitality Operations Consultant / Branding
Renee brings hands-on hospitality and operational insight to PDMG’s food and beverage projects. She provide external support and consulting on customer experience, operational flow, branding and front-of-house planning, helping ensure each venue not only looks great but works effectively as a business.
Hunter Liu
Site Manager
Hunter supports the on-site delivery of PDMG projects, coordinating trades, programme, quality and day-to-day construction activities. With local Australian construction experience, he works closely with the project and design teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with the approved design.
